THE WORD TORAH The word Torah means instruction, not the first 5 books of the bible. When it's used by itself, it's the Covenant instruction. The word is first used is with Abraham. Gen 26:5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and did guard my watch, my commandments, my statutes, and my Torah.
