Are You the One coming?

Are You the One coming? Matt 11:2-5 But hearing in the prison of the works of Christ, sending two of his disciples, John said to Him, Are You the One coming, or are we to look for another? And answering, Jesus said to them, Going, relate to John what you hear and see: The blind receive sight, and the lame walk; lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear; the dead are raised, and the poor are given the gospel. In that time the thought was there were two Messiah's, because prophecy's described a Conquering King and a Suffering Servant as Messiah. John knew He was the Suffering Servant. What John was asking, are you one Messiah, or is the other one coming? Yeshua's answer to John was not yes or no. He used the Word as a witness to answer. What Yeshua answered was Isaiah 61 Describing the Conquering

THE TWO ADAMS

THE TWO ADAMS 1Co 15:45 So also it has been written, "The" first "man", Adam, "became a living soul;" the last Adam a life-giving Spirit. The first Adam was not just a soul but a living soul. He lost that life when He ate of the fruit. The bible has repeating pictures, this is why Paul compares the first Adam to Messiah. Adam had life breathed (or Holy Spirited) into Him, as Mary did. It says in Hebrew the God took from Adam's side to form Eve His bride. Eve became a living soul, getting life from Adam's side. When our savior was on the cross, a roman soldier put a sword in His side, and out flowed blood and water, so God could form us into Messiah's Bride. The First Covenant, animal blood mixed with water was used. The Second or New Covenant was made with Messiah's blood.

Sign of the our Marriage Covenant

Sign of the our Marriage Covenant Ex 31:12-18 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you. Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death . Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever : for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested,

The Parable of the Net

The Parable of the Net Matt 13:47-50 Again, the kingdom of Heaven is compared to a drag net thrown into the sea, and gathering together of every kind; which, when it was filled, drawing it up on the shore, and sitting down, they gathered the good into containers, and they threw out the rotten. So it will be in the completion of the age: the angels will go out and will separate the evil from the midst of the righteous, and will throw them into the furnace of fire; there will be weeping and gnashing of the teeth. Note: The Kingdom is compared to a net. There is good and bad fish in the net. Good fish are clean food and and the bad are unclean. We are like the Jews were in Yeshua's time. They wanted the coming Kingdom when the fish are sorted. They didn't know they were bad fish and had to repent and keep the Covenant with the Father. Keeping the Covenant is not works to be saved, no more than a spouse not committing adultery is works to get m

13 or 14 Generations?

13 or 14 Generations? In looking at the Genealogy of Messiah in Matthew 1:17, we find only 13 generations from the deportation from Babylon, when it says there were 14. Reading in Luke 3:23 we find Mary's husband Joseph Genealogy. Note this Joseph was the son of Eli, In Matthew 1:16 it says Jacob was this Joseph's father. In Luke 3:23 we find Mary's Husband was the supposedly the Father of Yeshua, so we know Luke's Genealogy is of Mary's Husband. Now we know Matthew's Genealogy is Joseph, the father of Mary. The word used for husband in Hebrew is like says head of household, that could be father of husband. Since Genealogy is speaking of births, Mary's father was over Her until She married.  Now when you count Mary as a generation, you have 14. Note: Luke goes backwards to Adam, the Son of God, Luke 3:38. Matthew goes forward from Abraham to Messiah, the Son of God.

In the Beginning

In the Beginning    In the beginning God created them male and female and told them to “ Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth”. It doesn't say to live in the Garden. The Male and females were spoken into creation, and did not have life breathed or Holy Spirited into them.    Paul compares Adam to Yeshua, for a reason. After creation week it says,” there was no man to till the ground”, not that there were no people. Remember the Parable of the sower starting in Matthew 13:24. Yeshua says He is the sower and the earth was the world.    Adam had life breathed into him and could have shared it with the others in the world but he lost that life by eating the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, or Ten Commandment Covenant. It never said the Tree was bad. That is why the serpent said it would make you like Elohim, knowing good from evil.    When Cain killed Able, he went to the land of Nod for a wife. It says, Elohim   in Hebrew or the word God's,
I have power to forgive sins on earth!!! Mat 9:2-6 And behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, be of good cheer; thy sins are forgiven. And behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth. And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts? For which is easier, to say, Thy sins are forgiven; or to say, Arise, and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath authority on earth to forgive sins (then saith he to the sick of the palsy) , Arise, and take up thy bed, and go unto thy house. Mat 26:27-28 And he took a cup, and gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many unto remission of sins. Mar 1:3-4 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make ye ready the way of the Lord, Make his paths straight ; John

Good News Gospel?

Good News, Gospel? Mar 1:1-9 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as it has been written in the Prophets, "Behold, I send My messenger before Your face, who will prepare Your way before You; the voice of one crying in the wilderness. Prepare the way of the Lord, make His paths straight." Mal. 3:1; Isa. 40:3 John came baptizing in the wilderness and proclaiming a baptism of repentance for remission of sins. And all the Judean country and those of Jerusalem went out to him, and were all baptized by him in the Jordan River, confessing their sins . And John was clothed in camel's hair, and a leather girdle about his loin, and eating locusts and wild honey. And he proclaimed, saying, He who comes after me is mightier than I, of whom I am not fit to stoop down to loosen the thong of His sandals. I indeed baptized you in water, but He will baptize you in the Holy Spirit. Mar 1:14-15 And after John was delivered up, Jesus

SERPENT ON THE POLE

Joh 3:14 And even as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up,  Joh 3:15 that everyone believing into Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. So let's look at that story so we can see what Yeshua was talking about. Num 21:5-9 And the people spoke against God , and against Moses, Why have you brought us out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no bread, and there is no water; and our soul hates this light bread . And Yehovah sent fiery serpents among the people; and they bit the people, and many people of Israel died. And the people came in to Moses and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against Yehovah, and against you. Pray to Jehovah, and He shall turn the serpent away from us. And Moses prayed on behalf of the people. And Jehovah spoke to Moses, Make yourself a fiery serpent, and set it on a pole ; and it shall be that when anyone is bitten, when he sees it, he shal
